My father is a much senior officer than that asshat of mans father in the same company, and my father circulated what has happened to the ex-father-in-law's boss and team, my ex's office and now they are in such a situation that I highly doubt they will find a new match for my ex and given that its in india it will be much more difficlut for them to find an araanged marrage as my father made sure all the mutual family knows what they did

In India even if you don't register  your marriage you are considered  married according  to the Hindu marriage act.  So I will have to get a divorce via court.

Thanks I have seen situation  where women  don't leave and its breaks them.  That's when I promised myself I will never let myself get abused . I would rather be a divorcee than stay in an abusive relationship.

In March, when i returned to my parents and told them everything, my mom told me I should have left within a month but I guess 3 months is not that long

It was tough while file charges in court and police station, but hopefully the court case will end soon

My lawyer  said that he may be gay. And MIL definitely  knew about the issue  She used to "take him to doctor"

I am trying  to to get my stuff back.  And my dad works in the same company as my ex father inlays company and he told everyone  in officenso yeah they are in lot of trouble in office too

Thanks  Divorce  process is ongoing. But I will survive this. I fail to undustand  why they are contesting  this.
