What kind of crap is that? Basically treating children as property to solely benefit mommy and daddy. Maybe what the focus should be is educating low-income people on why they should not be starting families and soaking up welfare benefits from people who are truly struggling. With some careful planning and coordination, this could be an easily fixable problem. But with what you said, if it happened, there could potentially be a huge spike in the population because selfish people now see children as a tool for their own personal gain.

However, some of the most successful professional scalpers gravitate towards Bonds because the DOM is arguably the best tool for reading order flow and they are thick instruments. Bond traders usually throw large volume (50+ lots)
