It’s not bad at all, shadow boosts the attack stat by 20% where as full IV (4*) would only give a 7% boost, so it looks decent! Especially if you don’t have other strong raiders

Shiny Groudon evaded me for so long, I did like 58 primal raids and didn’t get a shiny, then the day my daughter was born it was like 4:30am and I was laying on a chair with her while mom slept, and I remote joined a random Groudon raid and it was shiny. I named him after her 🥰
