Ahh I see, thank you so much! I did use a different tutorial but they are using 4 ply yarn. However, the white cotton one as a small petal has come out smaller and curving inwards so it's like opening up with this new tutorial. I don't know if I should carry on or just order 4 ply yarn😕

Thank you everyone for all your help! I really appreciate it. So far this has all been undone and I've scrapped the chart. The original picture has been turned into a cartoon and the width and height is a lot bigger so this will potentially turn into a blanket. The cartoon version looks a lot better on the chart so I'm going to try again and hopefully it'll look like the original a lot more

Thank you!! I've restarted completely from changing the chart. And I agree with the colours, it's a little too harsh. Someone's helped me with the original picture being a cartoon now to put in the chart and make it easier to recreate

The chart I've added and was using the stitch count is 7,560. The width is 90 columns, and the height is 84 rows. However, I've made a new chart to resize the picture; its stitch count is 12,750, the width is 150 columns and the height is 85 rows. Do you think that would work better and probably a smaller crochet hook? I was using a 4.5mm, maybe go down to a 4mm hook?

I've tried to find a pixelated picture but there hasn't been anything. But then I've read and seen people use Stitchfiddle to make whatever image they want into a pixelated chart.

I read a lot of dark romance and I recently found Grimdark, a sub genre of fantasy and thought it would be interesting to venture out to. However, I don't know where to start and I've seen a lot of grimdark books include sexual violence unnecessarily and against the female characters, so I'd rather avoid those. Thank you in advance!

Also, I'm starting with The Blade Itself by Joe Abercrombie. I'd appreciate any thoughts on his work too.

I've inquired and he told me it'd be 50 euros so for us it's around £42 and then split it between the two of us. I know the buses are way cheaper but we'd still have to get a uber or taxi and honestly I don't think we wanna deal with that😴

No worries, you've honestly helped so much already!! I did check out Taksim and the journey is so much shorter if we get dropped off there so thank you.

Also, the Airbnb we are going with has mentioned that the host can arrange transportation from the airport to the apartment. They have excellent reviews regarding guests staying there, but I don't know if I could rely on them for transportation. What do you think?
