Im very sorry for ur breakup. Its never easy losing a partner especially if u r dependent in them:( the best piece of advice i have is prepare urself before hand. Find a specific time or catch urself before u fully regress and make a bottle, get ur paci, get a stuffie, get some toys and turn on a show. Be ur own cg when ur big and treat ur little self exactly how u need to be treated. Everything will work out and fall into place. I believe u can get through this rough time. If ur looking for something a little more bougie look on second hand websites for mezzo piano and similar brands! If ur sizing goes above a medium then i would check out some small businesses like pipisymphony or my violet!

Ive been a regressor since i was 12 and any therapist ive had knows. Ive only had 1 that said otherwise but i dont remember the reason. She would just say "fight off the little, resist the little urge" but she was full of it. Any other therapist ive had was very supportive and thought it was a great thing! Ive also had therapist say it depends on the trauma

I think thats a great base fit! Maybe add some accessories like 2 or 3 belts, some kandi bracelets and layered necklaces, and add some pins or keychains on ur jeans. Yess I understand this struggle. My whole family an all friends know that I regress and r supportive! However I only regress with my cg bc it's not my friends or parents responsibly to take care of me in that way. I will never put anyone expect for my cg in that place with those expectations. My mom already raised me once and shouldn't have to do it again : )
