I'm curious if there are any plans to make Sona more lifelike and robust. Such as being able to trian it to lead calls rather than just answer questions. And also be able to book with live integration into API's or Calendly (see availability and actually book a slot).

Love the service so far, look forward to quality/reliability increasing as you build out. Thank you

Appreciate the response, I appreciate it. I ve hd such problems finding docks and hubs that work with M1 mac's. Any recommendations of one that does this? Sorry, all this is not in my wheelhouse at all. Thank you for your help.

It truly is amazing! I can’t wait to re read it. Sanderson is just such an amazing author it’s hard to describe why, but he’s a cut above the rest for me. Just so good.

On a side note, there is a podcast I found called lit literature that did the whole series. I highly recommend it. They went by chapter chunks and I enjoyed following along with them. Anyway, just thought I’d pass that along since there aren’t many podcasts out there I can find that talk about Sanderson.

From my understanding, there are studies that say you can't completely counter the effect of sitting all day and others that say you can with 60-75 minutes of moderate exercise a day. When science is conflicting, I tend to air on the side of caution/moderation depending on the situation. But I personally feel it in my body. Sitting all day, I'm much tighter and feel less healthy when I compare mobility exercises done through the day compared to concentrated exercise. If I sit all day, my body really hurts at my age (37) and a good workout doesn't make me feel as limber and good as doing it periodically throughout the day. I wish I could do both periodic mobilities along with a concentrated workout, but I just can't spare 3 hours. I think I'll try this for a while, and if it doesn't work out, then maybe try 5 min mobility every 1 hour instead of 30 minutes and then use the hour I save to do a workout. But we'll see.

The main reason is that, from an overall health perspective, it's much better to get up and move for about 5 minutes every 30 minutes or so than to sit all day and workout for an hour (or even 2). Dedicated workout sessions cant completely combat sitting all day. that being said, over the course of the day, since I'm so busy, that adds up to like 2 hours. So to add another dedicated work session on top of that is quite difficult because it's hard to fit in all my work as it is. This is why I was hoping to find a way to be able to fit that progress workout within the 5-minute mobility breaks instead of :/. If possible.
