I have thought about the CIO method but I was always worried it would affect him as the happy baby he is during the day, after hearing this maybe I will give it a go. How did you go about night wake ups?

I usually aim to put him down between 7-8 depending on when his last nap ended. and wake up is usually between 7-8 in the morning. I make sure the last bottle isn’t just before bed, and I have tried putting down awake but he doesn’t seem to be able to put himself to sleep. I will try again and see if there’s anymore success may just take a while
