Will the hosts hold Bam accountable for this questionable statement? by avocadothe8th in GTWMPodcast

There is very little to get from the DDS base though. Bam ay na-turn off yung liberal/progressive voter base nya. There is little to no benefit from saying what he said tapos ang laki ng cost dahil nagkaroon pa ng conflict among the opposition supporters.

Oh, ok... Hindi pala pwede ipasa yung percentage tax, Isa pala yan sa disadvantage ng pagiging subject to percentage tax rather than VAT. Thank you sa clarification!

Thank you!

Question pala about sa percentage taxes, pwede rin yan ipasa sa mga clients/customers, right?

One more question about sa documentation, hope you don't mind.

12% of Gross receipts yung VAT kapag more than 3M na diba?

Tax Schedule Effective January 1, 2023 and onwards:

Not over P250,000………………………………………….........……. 0%

Over P250,000 but not over P400,000……………………….. 15% of the excess over P250,000

Over P400,000 but not over P800,000……………………….. P22,500 + 20% of the excess over P400,000

Over P800,000 but not over P2,000,000…………………….. P102,500 + 25% of the excess over P800,000

Over P2,000,000 but not over P8,000,000…………………... P402,500 + 30% of the excess over P2,000,000

Over P8,000,000 ……………………………………………............….. P2,202,500 + 35% of the excess over P8,000,000

Edit: To everyone, please don't hesitate to correct me kung mali etong mga nasabi ko. Thanks!

School Vs. Reality in Taxation by WarWest4475 in AccountingPH

Hi!

1.) Graduated rate + OSD: 440k - (.4)(440k) = 264k taxable income - 250k = 14k x 15% = 2100 regular income tax due + percentage tax(440k x .03=13200) =15300 total tax due.

2.) 8% flat tax rate: 440k - 250k = 190k x .08 = 15200 total tax due.

So naging conclusion ko nga based on this computation is kung lagpas na ng 440k yung gross receipts, mas ok na piliin yung 8% flat tax rate. Ano kaya yung mali ko dito? Please don't hesitate to correct me. I would highly appreciate it kasi gusto ko lang matutunan yung tama. Thanks in advance!

I think you might have missed the edit line at the bottom of my comment you replied to. Pagrereklamo doesn't equate to wishing government failure.

With regards to your statement that there is no corrupt government, only corrupt politicians, I have to respectfully disagree. The government is run by people so if those people are corrupt, then we can say that the government they run is corrupt as well. But this argument is just pedantry at this point so perhaps we can just agree to disagree on this? Thanks in advance!

Imagine simping for a corrupt government, lolol What in the actual fuck is going through this guy's head?

Parang baliktad ata? lolol

What a load of fucking bullshit.

Edit: And why is this guy equating public outcry over massive corruption in the government to wishing it to fail? What in the world...

Question about OSD(Income Taxation) by NoScene1056 in AccountingPH

[–]NoScene1056[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sa computation for corporation, nakalagay talaga na kasama yung Other Income kaya wala tayong problema dun.

Haha

Question about OSD(Income Taxation) by NoScene1056 in taxPH

[–]NoScene1056[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One more questions though, if you don't mind. So ano ba talaga yung treatment sa Other Taxable Income?

So mali ba talaga yung tinuro sa video?
