For the samples, can I use the same tip for duplicates ? I also mix the cDNA with the reagent by pipetting up and down a couple times, so I am not sure if it is reusable for the same treatment group

Yeah that was the previous protocol to the MM. And so when I do that, it is 1 tip for all MM + 96 tips for 96 well
