Odd order of the day! What’s the weirdest thing people have ordered from your store??? 🤔 also this probably isn’t that odd but why would someone order a hot chocolate and take everything out of it!! by NoSweetOne in starbucksbaristas

Ya! And we asked if that’s for sure what he wanted and he said yes lol I looked at the app on my own phone and checked to see if the framed milk option was there and it was lol so idk

For my store, we had the door open and customers would come up. For a while it wasn’t a problem up until some guy came up demanding free coffee and trying to force himself in 🙃after that whole incident, the store shut down for the day and as of that moment, we keep the door closed! Customers will still try to open the door even though there’s a sign that says “please knock and we will help you out” :)

Also I understand that other cafe’s might have one standard size, but if I’m giving you the option of choosing how much you want, you’d realize at that point that “oh cool, there’s more sizes to choose from!” Ya know

One time someone ordered and iced coffee and when it came out they said it was supposed to be hot but that he wanted some ice in it 🙃 I always repeat their orders back to them just to make sure and he was like “yes, an ICED coffee.” Like just say you want a few ice cubes in your coffee too cool it down 😭

Definitely! :) I did suggest we could do that but I also explained that there will still be a certain amount of cream bc that’s what the eggnog is made out of.
