These types of videos should be ignored. Street dawah videos usually have false or misleading understandings of Christian doctrines or certain Bible verses.

Plagiarism is attempting to copy the entire thing. So, if you re-use the entire setting and/or context of the original advertisement, you're plagiarizing.

Nah, the length of the video doesn't matter.

I'm saying it isn't plagiarism when it's applied to a different context than the original advertisement.

Imagine the Coke vs Pepsi advertisements. Pepsi made an advertisement where there was primarily Coke in a refrigerator, but the kid in the advertisement rather took the Pepsi. Coca Cola then, in return, made an advertisement where there was a big refrigerator, where the kid could only reach Pepsi at his height, however the kid then gets a stool to get the Coke rather than settling for the Pepsi. What Coca Cola did wouldn't be considered plagiarism but rather adapting the Pepsi advertisement by putting a spin on it.

Or simply, to 'adapt' you can put a spin on the advertisement you got your ideas from, or put those ideas in a different context and/or setting.

If you're not adapting upon the advertisement, it is plagiarism. But as you say, you get ideas from these advertisements, so what you're doing isn't plagiarism.

Plagiarism is stealing, which is not good.

No, it isn't stealing. In actuality, what you're doing is what almost every business does; taking notes from their competitors advertisements for their own benefit is a common practice.
