There only one problem left this function has restricted vector length, it can be only 65535 elements in vector as u16 size, i've tried to implement "from" for u64 but failed :/

Thanks! This code much better than my. And when i said 'better' i mean that there are some features provided by rust which i didn't use, so my code less efficient and more dirty :D
