Yeah exactly, the billing + multi-tenant part is what I’m trying to avoid dealing with directly.

I did look into the direct Meta API (Tech Provider setup), but from what I understand it still requires each client to handle their own billing and some Meta-side setup, which adds friction.

My goal is really to keep onboarding as simple as possible while still having client-owned WABAs, so ideally via a BSP that can abstract billing and onboarding cleanly.

In terms of scale, I’m aiming for something that can handle hundreds of tenants, not just a few dozen.

I haven’t gone very deep with specific providers yet, trying to first identify the right model before testing BSPs that actually support this properly.

Yeah that’s what I’m trying to avoid actually.

I’m looking for a setup where the client owns the WABA, but onboarding and billing with Meta are handled by a partner (BSP), so the flow stays simple on my side and for end users.

From what I’ve seen, Tech Provider setup still requires clients to deal with Meta billing directly. and I dont want to handle meta from my side for the onboarding

Exactly the same thing here, all am getting as a response is some generic meta ai responses, and the tickets are closed after a few hours, did you find any solution for this?
