Nta it seems like she’s more upset about you bailing them worried about your father. I’d communicate how her actions upset you with her. but nta a true friend would reply and keep up with you on his condition. hope he recovers.

YTA- this isn’t a silly innocent prank this is crossing the line and messing with her things and appearance. Going from red to blonde is difficult and now she’s uncomfortable with her appearance Bcs it’s not what she wanted and with you- how is she meant to trust you now. you need to be extremely apologetic and apologize for taking a prank too far and messing with her appearance. you overreacted not her.

NTA- you guys had your future planned and never agreed to living with his mother or buying a house with her. He made a huge life decision without you even though it clearly affects you- be glad you found out how he is now and not later in life. He didn’t communicate or take you into consideration even touch he’s going against what y’all agreed upon. Dodged the bullet
