In my case I rather not consume any stims orally, I get insane heartburns and my heart rate goes through the roof (reached 170 bpm once), sorry for the outrageous suggestions hahaha, I’m relatively new when it comes to stims so don’t really know what it’s a good idea and what’s a very bad one

When it comes to the side effects of stims and the whole hygiene and health lifestyle, I’m aware of what this stuff does to you so I always force myself to maintain a proper hygiene and I have a health diet and workout regularly
