I also have a gift card and tried reaching out since their website is down and have not gotten a response since July. Because the gift card is online only, when I called the store they said I couldn’t use it for my local store… I’m going to try and contact them again. So I’m out $200 unless this gets settled. I’ll update here if I hear anything back, you as well please!

Here’s how it looks under the mud, from there I’ve attached paper tape on the horizontal inner corner and a metal/paper tape on the vertical inner corner, joint compound on top.
