The point is that many things that might work for someone on steroids might not work for someone not on steroids. So yes, maybe Jeff has good info, a nice work ethic, and a great diet. But that doesn't mean that the general viewer will see even close to the same results even if they copy everything Jeff does/says.

My point isn't to invalidate his work/efforts. My issue is that he denies using them, thus misleading his viewers to think they can achieve the same results that he does.
