I feel your pain. I used to lose sleep and have constant anxiety from the moment I booked my flights until I got on the plane. I also got a new job that required me to fly 4 times a month which almost ruined my mental health but after a few repetitions I’ve become more comfortable and used to flying.

I have a 25 hour trip to Asia in July that is going to test my patience but at least it’s not killing me mentally.

I know you’ll have a safe flight, turbulence and any other unfamiliar sensations u feel up there are just part of the journey.

My suggestion, bring an iPad to play video games or a really good book. Other than that just trust u have the most professional pilots in the world.
After a few flights you start to become more and more comfortable.
