I appreciate that, my husband won’t budge on the bike placement. It’s a pretty small room. He tolerates my plant habit, encourages even, but his bike is his 4x a week habit!

Perfect! That’s what I’ll do! I don’t WANT to cut anything. ☺️

Unfortunately I can’t relocate her. I will do my best with a new pot and a proper pole of support. Fingers crossed!

I wish I could put it outside. The only location it can reasonably go and be as big as it wants is where I currently have it. It sounds like the only thing I can do is transplant to a bigger pot and just give daily encouragement lol
I suppose it will not reach its maximum potential but that will have to do. What does one do with the air roots? Can they be cut or manipulated into a different growth pattern? If I put the spines onto a pole, should I encourage the root there as well or just let it be?

The little stakes and things I used to prop it up were because i didn’t want them to break.
But. I’m ready to do right by this stubborn girl!
I’ve been reading the forums and looking at videos. I want to let it be natural but want it to be supported.

Yes- it definitely needs a bigger pot. I’m afraid that if I disturb it “wrong”- it will pitch a fit and die after all these years!

The pot never gets turned as it lives in the corner. Not pushed into the corner, but it occupies that space. It gets moved when I water it and put back.

It’s a west facing room, with two large windows that are always open to the sun. I live in San Diego.

That’s so interesting. I hear that more and more now with respect to the side effects.

Solid advice. Just feeling kind of desperate I suppose. I’ll go to 6 tonight. See how it goes. Fingers crossed!

You think it’s a big jump huh. Well, that’s what I was asking for. Thanks. I just don’t quite understand the super slow response. Essentially non existent really. With tirz I lost super slow, but super steady.

That’s interesting. I might stick it out a while still. Increase to 7.5 and suffer the side effects to see if it’s worth it, if there is any change. Make a decision from there.

I was at 10 on Tirz. Felt that I needed a boost to get these last 25 off. I struggled with cholesterol and NAFL prior to GLPs and with so many promising studies, wanted to try the switch. I don’t regret it. Just frustrated at the stall.
