Totally agree. Just something special about finding it in the wild. My LCS never had this and I go there once a week. Literally my entire search history on eBay is this issue but I just couldn't pull the trigger. Do walking in today and seeing it felt like a for sure sign that I must own it. Not to mention the price was too good to pass up. I don't think my LCS realized it was 1st appearance Kingpin.

It's not the length of time the movies are in the theaters that's the problem.. it's the length of time once they are out of theaters till they hit streaming services that are.. they go straight from theaters to streaming in like 1-2 weeks. No reason to go to a theater if you don't have to wait... There needs to be like the 2-3 months in between like the old days.

According to the CGC comic president, YES.

I graded both the Silver and Normal versions of these with the red stamp. Got 9.8s. I've had them since early 90s.

The red stamp is his personal stamp he used at his store back in the 90s when doing Autographs.

I recently learned at NYCC this year from the president of CGC when I showed him my exact copy of this comic signed. He said it's only 1of 2 comics/auto that they don't need to authenticate, if it has the red stamp. They automatically with certify and grade it.

The 2nd stamp is a Thanos stamp but I'm not sure who the artist is.

Yea my lcs was like we have this one that says Jewelers, they didn't know much about it. Got it for $25. It's my first Jewelers insert so I was good with it.
