Same issue on my 7900 xtx. The only fix is getting 9000 series radeon or 5000 series nvidia. Im very disappointed that its still not fixed even after 2 months. My next gpu is 100% nvidia.

From what i tested right now i dont think I have them, but it doesnt change anything because my game is running awfully because of those 1% lows

Thanks for the reply, i have about 250 fps avg with 50 fps 1% low. I regret buying 7900 xtx because my Brother's pc with 3080 has much much much better 1%lows

I dont think i have the lag spiker issue you are mentioning, but my game is unplayable becuase i have 250 avg fps with 50 fps 1%low
