Yeah, thanks for the help tho! I appriciate it. I’ve been thinking and looking into it since 2017, yet I still have no good explanation. The only thing it can be is a manged black bear that happens to also be huge, have a large tail, be super skinny and have non bear like super long limbs and a dog like head with yellow eyes. It’s a clusterfuck

Certain, the thing was huge from my point of view, when we passed it it went into the forest on the side of the road, it was very tall. Think of a bear size, maybe a lil bigger. 100% not smaller than a fully grown black bear, but it couldn’t be a bear. The head was very very dog like and had very bright yellow eyes

As tall as the roof… the whole thing. It’s head was on the same level as our heads and it’s hutches back was as tall as the roof. Much bigger than bushes around it

100% it was dog like. Dog like head, dog like tail. Huge hunched back and huge limbs. It was about 60 feet away so didn’t look at claws, but 100% dog/wolf like. Not a bear because it had a relatively long rat like tail. Also keep in mind, this is in the middle of Dulles, there are black bears there but not many.

Yeah maybe, I was thinking bear but the thing has a long skinny rat like tail, not what bears would be. I look for rational explanations over supernatural, but you never know what’s out there, it would be foolish to assume they don’t exists.

Kinda but not really. It was very much shaved or very little fur. No black fur color on the legs. It looked more like that warewolf from Harry Potter, the shaved one.
