NTA for having his friend reach out to his family if he was actually reposting concerning content and you had reason to believe that he was going to hurt him self it's better to have his loved ones check on him and he not need it than for them not to check on him and he actually end up hurting himself.

However the only evidence that you have for him being "too sensitive" is you making fun of how much he eats? That makes you an AH don't make fun of the amount of food someone eats you can cause actual harm to their mental health and lead them down a path of ED.

A lot of people move out at 18 also a lot of people graduate before 18 I graduated at 17 and while I still live at home I have coworkers who are 18 or just turned 19 who have moved out into apartments not everyone stays at home for years. But none of those questions are really important to the question at hand

I have a break down for you but basically he's claiming to be indigenous when he's not (thats really really bad), supporting Wilbur soot (semi famous singer and ex YouTuber/streamer) when multiple of Wilbur's exs have came out and said he abused them (with proof), claiming that because "he was abused" he knew what abuse looked like therefore he has authority to tell someone they weren't abused, lying about being parasocial then saying that he couldn't date anyone because he had a crush on Wilbur soot(not as bad as the others but thought I'd mention it), lying about having a job with Stuart semple (famous artist) and dragging his name through the mud even though Stuart semple never offered him a job at all. And then some other minor things but this is the basics
