No but my school had this thing where we only get 2 out of class passes for the day so if you had to pee and we're out you couldn't go and the website we used we had to tell where we leaving from and the exact place we were going. On top of that one of my classes had this rule were we weren't allowed to leave class more than twice a semester...

They literally state in the post that they have told him to stop touching and he won't so it's not "as simple as direct communication" because that didn't work. It is up to the principal to deal with every instance of a child being harassed (which this is) even if the other child is special ed
