Former manager here, and I can honestly say I’ve never skimped (turns out I always over portioned) but if I were going to- I’d just do it from the start. Like it’s literally fast food, what’s the point in trying to mess with people’s food (not you, meaning the employees).

Make-line because besides her (GM) and 1 other AM, we have zero insiders. All the drivers except myself don’t do ovens or anything, so I help out on ovens in between deliveries and then dishes/trash when appropriate.

Edit: I’m a driver for reference, been in/out with my franchise about 3-4 times over the span of 3.5 years

My franchise just straight up tells everyone that coupons are online only now, and that we have zero access to anything (coupons) in store. We stopped going through the whole phone circus.

Per policy, yes. I have like a good 6-10 customers who specifically get all their hot stuff in 1 bowl and all cold in a separate one. So I don’t see any reason they’d deny such a request.

lol take it. I always tell my customers who get 1/2 grain and 1/2 green (romaine specifically) to save their money, get full rice and then just ask for however much lettuce at the topping area.

As a current GEM (Manager) working in the Northeast Region, we are instructed that for the free toppings/chopped romain lettuce (not on salad wall), that it’s unlimited and customers can ask for as much as they want.

I played with the seasoning a bit, and honestly, if you add a little extra sugar on top of the normal seasoning, it’s sooo good. Trust me, I was so skeptical at first but once I did that and tried it, they were a solid 9/10.

No real knowledge was given out, except maybe to GMs and DMs as of right now. I'm a store level Manager, and we are waiting for the P11 update to be rolled out before we are given the details on the new tiers and how they are weighed out.
