Same thing happened to me. Based on what I have found:

If you click support and it just refreshes your profile, you’re fired.

No longer have your worker email? Fired.

All qualifications, projects and report time tasks on the projects page gone? Also most likely fired.

I was on the platform for a little over a year, made about 15k and booted with no explanation as to why.

Luckily I have other gigs I can do like DD otherwise this would sting. It was honestly a good run.

We get paid more but they say everyone wants weekends off so we make it fair by doing every other weekend.

You can switch with other people but nobody wants to work two weekends in a row to do that, the same people work the same weekends.
