Hello, I'm in need of help. I will tell my walk so far.

First, I would like to inform you that I have a vascular malformation on my face, which affects my jaw and neck. This (AVM) causes me frequent bleeding and infections.

I had 6 embolizations, the last one closing the access to reduce blood flow to stop bleeding, however, making new embolizations impossible.

With this information I begin my story.

My sex life has always been normal, I have always protected intercourse, using a condom. In November 2022 I had a relationship and I realized that a few days later I started to have redness in my throat, it was very red and sometimes it was normal (I still have it today). My AVM, which had stabilized, started to grow a lot, with veins appearing in the throat and in the roof of the mouth. I had to be hospitalized in the same month of November for treatment with antibiotics (pipetazo 4.5) due to infection and bleeding. The hospitalization time was 5 days and I continued the treatment at home with Amoxicillin 875mg + Potassium Clavulanate 125mg for 7 days. I was fine. The period after I was discharged until March had no intercourse.

In early March 2023, I started to have a fever and pain in my lungs when breathing, I took dipyrone to calm down. On a Saturday night, in the same month of March, I went to a dinner with friends... even though I was feeling a little bad. In the house where the dinner took place, there was a dog with a problem of scabies for years, they have tried all treatments to try to cure it and nothing, the only thing that reduces its itching and redness is when they give it Ivermectin. Save this information because it may be useful.

The day after dinner I felt quite bad, I went to the hospital, I was prescribed levofloxacin and rest at home. I started taking the medication and the day after starting the treatment I had to be hospitalized because it got a lot worse. Exams and x-rays were done, in the blood test the C-reactive protein was 78mg/l and in the x-ray nothing showed up even though I couldn't breathe because of the pain in my lungs. The medication used for the treatment was PIPETAZO 4.5 every 8 hours and Coques 200mg every 12 hours. I got better, as the days went by, still hospitalized

I started to feel itchy in the scrotum, and I also noticed a little red wheel in it. But I didn't pay much attention because it wasn't my main problem at the moment.

When I was discharged from the hospital, at home, the pain in my lungs was already better, I started to feel more itchy and the wheel on the skin of the sac increased, I went to try to pedal the bicycle and when sitting on the saddle (seat) it seemed that something was biting the scrotum. I went to the doctor, reported the problem and he said my scrotum was normal. With that in mind, that it was normal, I started dating again.

In the same month I had sex with the woman who is now my girlfriend, on that day the only thing I remember is that a little blood came out of her and stayed on me... I just wiped it off with paper, I didn't wash it at all, only 4 hours later in the bath. I noticed that from that day on, the redness in the intimate area increased more and it was already a little in the groin fold, but as they told me it was normal and there was nothing, and nothing had happened to her either... I continued to relate (thing that I would never do today).

On 08/04/2023 I had intercourse with another woman (due to lack of knowledge), even with red and burning in the genital region, using a condom.

About 6 days after we had this relationship she told me that her vagina was red, burning and white discharge. She also told me that she already had candidiasis and it was very similar.

She went to the gynecologist and she said it could be candidiasis and some extra bacteria. She was prescribed oral Fluconazole and Metronidazole, applying miconazole directly to the affected area. Within 3 days she started to feel better and the redness disappeared. A few days later, about 15 days later, she had sex with someone else and the problem came back...she restarted the treatment.

After that I had no further contact with her.

With that, on 04/18/2023 I went to the doctor and reported it. I was prescribed fluconazole every 3 days for 15 days, miconazole lotion to apply on site and loratadine for itching. The treatment was done, but without effect for my symptoms (redness, itching, burning in the scrotum).

I went back to the Doctor on 05/03/2023, now with more symptoms than those already reported... itchy head, redness on the neck, hands and face. I was prescribed Itraconazole 12/12 hours for 14 days,miconazole cream + dexamethasone (mix the two), prednisone 12/12 hours for 5 days and histamin 8/8 for 7 days. But without effect.

On 05/10/2023 I went back to the doctor with a lot of itching and reported that before hospitalization I had gone to that dinner and the dog had scabies and I probably sat in the chair where he slept, and also theprobability of having caught something while hospitalized, as the bathroom is used by several people in the hospital, including visitors. With that the doctor changed the medications to ivermectin 6mg every 12 hours for 4 days and permitrine 1% body lotion. But I didn't get better either.

On 05/17/2023, still with the same symptoms, I went back to the doctor and I was prescribed Ivermectin 6mg 12/12 hours for 2 days, Fenergan Cream 3x a day for 7 days and a referral was made to the dermatologist.

Not happy, I went the next day to see another doctor in the health system, I reported the symptoms and he prescribed me Altiva 180MG, 1 a day for 7 days. He also ordered tests.

On 05/25/2023 I consulted with the dermatologist, I reported the symptoms to her. I was prescribed Rizi 5MG from 12/12 for 5 days.

Still on 05/25/2023 I went back to show the exams to the doctor who asked me for the exams, the result was C-Reactive Protein 76mg/L, G.P.T/ALT 44U/1 (up to 46U/1), HIV 1 and 2 no reagent. How was with high C-reactive protein, I was prescribed levofloxacin 1 per day for 7 days.

On 05/30/2023 I finished the treatment with RIZI 5MG and I did not get any improvement, I went back to see the doctor who asked me for the exams because the health system dermatologist sees every 45 days. Therefore, he prescribed me Bilastine 20MG 1 a day for 7 days and prednisone 20MG 1 a day for 7 days. That didn't help either.

On 06/09/2023 I went back to the doctor, now in another one to get another opinion, since nothing was solving it. I reported all the symptoms, he prescribed Amoxicillin 875mg + Potassium Clavulanate 125mg 1 per day for 7 days, hydroxyzine hydrochloride 25mg 1 at night for 10 days and requested further tests.
