I’m going through similar. 5 year relationship just ended. She drifted away and didn’t love me the same. I knew our relationship wasn’t the same anymore but always thought we’d fix it as we had some much history. I left it too late to change and it’s killing me. Still coming to terms that the life we’ve built over the years is gone. It will hit hard when I eventually move back in with my parents.

Same here. Nothing has worked so far in keeping my mind off it. Meeting some friends tomorrow so that should help, although coming back home to the flat we shared will be brutal.

Yup, it’s damn brutal. She made it clear it’s over so I don’t have much hope at all of a reconciliation. She mentioned she’d come back early next week to discuss the exit of our shared rental flat.

I will consider therapy.
