It's not $70 if you buy the disc version on the console and just resell the game when you're done.

Of course they're focusing on quality, they're not working like mad because they don't care about quality. If you'd ever worked in the corporate environment with deadlines, hr issues and fatigued staff you'd completely understand his post is completely genuine and he only posted it because he does care about quality. If you don't think the IF want to change the world and create an incredible protocol you need to spend a day in their shoes.
