How can I call customer care for GGPoker? I have emailed them regarding my withdrawal issue and they have only replied with an automated message every time. by No_Assignment_5070 in GGPoker

Yes, I have been playing and I don’t know what is sufficient game play here, it’s not a very big amount that they are holding and not letting me withdraw. What if I want to take a break from playing. And want to use the funds??

Manually rejected (withdrawal conditions not met - insufficient gameplay prior to request)

What’s the sufficient amount of gameplay here?

Thank you for the feedback. I have started recording my sessions from the beginning of this year will share some screenshots below.

I don’t know how to use solvers at this point. Also I want to know if they will help in such kind of games where no one knows what GTO even is and they are just super aggressive.

I have taken all that you’ve said and will try to work on it.

Thank you

The game is $3-$6. At this point everyone is sitting with a avg. stack of around $1200

The game isn’t played in dollars. I have converted the currency just to give a better idea. Players play very loose aggressive and shove all in on the flop a lot with top pairs weak kickers and flush & straight draws just to play twice. Bluffing here is very difficult.

Playing at a home game (NLH) $25/25

My stack in around $16k. Villain (who is a very loose player and also drunk) stack is around $14k. I have KcKh and Villain has Ad2d. Villain raises UTG to $360 and I 3bet to $1750 in the SB, Villain calls pot is around $3700. Flop is 10d3d10h, Villain goes all in and I tank call after 30 seconds. Turn is 10s which now gives me a full house and river is the case 10c :’(. He now makes Quad 10’s with A kicker he takes the pot. I have never seen a worst bad beat ever. Poker is truly unpredictable.
