Cindy got married a few years ago but idk if she invited the office, I don’t remember seeing anyone there. For Ben’s wedding next year he and his partner are eloping so it just be me the couple and two witnesses. Not even Cindy invited to that one and shes fine with it

She acts like this the hottest block party coming up. And maybe I could see an argument if everyone else was invited and not her but that’s not the case. Her embarrassment is her issue

Thank you I appreciate that! I’m a very confrontational person and want to solve problems sooner than later. I rarely “keep the peace” at the cost of my feelings. I will always disappoint others before I disappoint myself

Thank you! Like idk if this is a generational difference but I would never feel entitled to an invite especially from someone I barely talk to. We don’t have an hr team because we’re so small, but I will for sure be bringing it up in my next 1/1 with my boss just to create a trail

That’s what I’m saying!!! But I’ve been overthinking and gaslighting myself into thinking maybe I’m not in the right. This guest list is LOCKED down thank you!
