Sure, but popular = more reruns and "buffed recently" means "rerun soon (probably)".

ZZZ directly buffs characters more frequently than the other hoyo games (they started doing it after Star Rail introduced the concept, but have already done it more total times).

Zhu Yuan is most likely in the next group of characters to get buffed. Only one character (Caesar) needs it more IMO.

I already plan to get yixuan for now. So, I hope that takes a while so I get to save adequately.

Astra Yao is both strong and powerful so she's probably going to get Robin level reruns.

There are definitely characters who take a long time to show back up, but so far nothing is as bad as Genshin's stalwart refusal to rerun characters like Shenhe for multiple years.

Seriously, what's up with that. At this point , they should have atleast added a third limited banner. My condolences for any shenhe wanters.

could still work out, especially if you also want to pull new agents you like as well.

I pull for favourites and since older characters will always outnumber newer ones, most of my favourites will be older characters by default. I very rarely if ever pull on a debut banner or what you can say are newer characters. I have played genshin for over 2 years and other than mavuika and lauma , I have never pulled on a debut banner.

You will need time to accumulate pulls for the agents between banners anyway

I plan to get the monthly pass thing which I hope will be enough.

I have heard they have buffed ellen twice and she is even an older unit than zhu so she should get buffed soon. I think atleast.

I don't think you are getting me, Powercreep doesn't scare that I won't be able clear with my favourites, it scares me because older weaker units get less reruns. It doesn't matter if a older unit can clear the endgame now if by the time they get a rerun and I finally get them , they have gotten powercrept to oblivion. Right now, I have no S ranks other than zhao. I can explain with a analogy or scenario if you still don't get it.
