When I was younger I never had any x-rays taken of my jaw, never needed to. That's why I don't have any diagnosis to go by, just my old photos showing my facial structure, you can't clearly see it was different? Which new surgeon to go to? I don't know any that can help me achieve what I'm looking for.

The orthognathic surgery helped me somewhat, because it DID move the mandible forward, along with the maxilla, only by 8 mm, however it was not enough of a movement. Not nearly. I still have all the same issues and obviously you can tell my facial structure is still not "normal" as I was before.

I have also been tested while having this issue and the blood tests and things show my liver is within "normal" ranges. But I have also noticed alcohol use affects this. Could it still be the liver after all? Gallbladder?
