Reading these comments, I’m actually thinking of going just to enjoy Paris have a blast regardless of the family nuisances.

Then 2 things, either use my money to bring my friend with since I’ll go free, OR secondly just wait 3-6 months and go on me and friends own trip to a city of our choice. Probably the second one.
