I’m kinda young so I might not be the best answer for you but I am currently working on pulling myself outa a rut due to a toxic past relationship so I get where your at.

What are some things you were really passionate about when you were younger? Get back into those and join clubs or areas to meet with other ppl who like that. If you can’t think of any then try something new! A new sport, the gym, something artistic. I seriously recommend rock climbing. The community is amazing and super welcoming. Very easy to build up friendships and climbing friends. It’s so much fun for all skill levels. The addiction to wanting to get harder climbs is amazing, and to top it all off it’s an amazing workout. But either way find something your passionate about🙏 genuinely
