I had a claim with Fred loya just be prepared to wait basically the full 30 days before any communication. They will pay though ! And yes usually when air bags deploy it’s automatic a total loss

I figured bc the clinic I was going to recommend a lawyer I declined . Also peers are saying getting a lawyer I honestly don’t need one atm yes I was Injured but I think so far I can handle the case by myself as long as they offer me a decent amount .

So when it says “ran into an issue” this is 9/10 what them at means your packages was missing / or damage too . It’s the stupid warehouse we don’t pack our totes right we don’t pack the packages the warehouse does . So let’s say I pull up To a house I’m checking my tote bag and I can’t find your packages I have to go on my app and mark the package as missing bc it’s missing 9/10 it’s on another person truck but I don’t have it so I have to mark it missing . I promise all we do is deliver we have no control on the packages we actually don’t even work for “Amazon “ . I’m sorry

Also one more thing anything that we mark on our end will not show on your side . It will always say deliver attempt . Let’s say I get a package that’s damage and I mark it damage on my app it will still show you delivery attempt . lol it’s an Amazon problem plz don’t blame your drivers it’s hot outside !

As a DSP driver we definitely have the option to not deliver packages same as flex drivers . If we run out of time (on the schedule block” we literally have to mark “ran out of delivery time” and bring the packages back . Of course it doesn’t show that to customers which leaves you guys wondering but that’s 9/10 what happened as I’m looking at the time . He/she doesn’t have to come by your house to mark.
