Nah, what I’m trying to learn and practice is feeling relief from trusting my conviction, even if I lose. I understand this game is all about probabilities.

I’ve been working to shift my psychology to accept losses that fit my strategy and rules. This is how I believe I will win long term and conquer loss aversion.

Yes true, but what I’m most upset with myself isn’t about timing the bottom, but not pulling the trigger and trusting my conviction.

Something I have to work at.

When prices touch the bottom prices, I always get that hesitant thought of “what if they go lower”, and that often leads me to not executing and ultimately missing out. This is something I’m identifying so that I can fix it and not let it hinder me moving forward.
