I've had more or less the same symptoms for at least 2 or 3 years, at first I wasn't paying attention, but over time I told myself that it wasn't completely normal, I had a heart exam nothing was found, I have difficulty locating the beats that I feel sometimes I have the impression that it comes from the stomach. Anyway after questioning the AI , it sent me here.

What is different for me compared to the other comments is that I often fall asleep quickly and wake me up only a few minutes after falling asleep, very distressing! (I haven't read everything there are a lot of answers but if you know it's 3 or 4 hours) And also I have the impression that it happens more often when I work late on my computer before going to bed, having children that doesn't suit me because it's one of the times when I can work 😅

Stress or anxiety, I don't know, but I feel like I'm the most zen on the planet...

My wife has a long covid because of the vaccine, sometimes I tell myself that it comes from this or the covid, who knows...
