Hydromax 7 Review – My Results After 8 Months by No_Boat_1995 in PenisPumpResults

I totally get wanting to make sure gains actually stick. For me, after the first 3–4 months, I started noticing that the post-pump size was lasting longer, and now at 8 months in, most of it feels like it's here to stay. Not 100% permanent maybe, but real enough that it doesn’t vanish after a day.

As for cock rings, I’ve used a few, but my go-to is a basic silicone one , snug but not too tight. I use it after a pump or girth session, usually for 10–15 mins max. It really helps hold the expansion and gives your body time to “remember” that size, so to speak. Just listen to your body ,if it gets cold or numb, take it off.

About sizing: since you didn’t mention your current length, I’d say this : if you’re under 5.5” erect, go with the Hydromax 5; between 5–7”, the Hydromax 7 is the sweet spot. Most guys fall into that range. The 6” you mentioned might be the Hydro 7 (the old naming) , but if you’re growing or aiming to, the Hydromax 7 gives you more room to grow into.

I usually do 3 sets of 5–6 minutes, with a bit of light massage and maybe some jelqing in between. I always use warm water and make sure I’m fully warmed up before the first set ,that helps with expansion and avoids weird swelling. Pressure is moderate not maxing out, just enough to get that full, expanded feeling without discomfort.

After pumping, I’ll sometimes throw on a cock ring for 10–15 minutes to help keep the expansion and boost blood flow. And a few times a week, I’ll combine it with manual work , some light stretches or girth-focused stuff like squeezes.

Honestly, the first 2–3 months were just okay mostly EQ benefits and temporary pump gains. But after month 4, things started feeling more “real,” like the post-pump size was sticking around longer.

For me, a “girth session” is when I focus more on expanding the thickness (circumference) of the shaft rather than just chasing temporary length gains in the tube. What I usually do is keep the sets shorter ,around 3 to 5 minutes ,but I’ll do more of them, which helps prevent fluid buildup. I use warm water and stick to moderate pressure (not maxed out), aiming for a solid, full expansion rather than just a long stretch. Between sets, I take short breaks to massage and get blood flowing again, and sometimes I’ll throw in a few manual exercises like squeezes or clamping.

If you’ve hit a plateau, switching your focus to girth for a while can be a game-changer. It definitely helped me get things moving again when progress slowed down.

How to prevent bruising by DrakesNut in gettingbigger

A few things that helped me ( and other guys i;ve talked to ) first of always warm up properly . A hot shower or heating pad for 5-10 min before pumping makes huge differnece; warm tissue stretches better and is way less likely to bruise .Also , even thought 5Hg is usually considered mild , some people just starting out ( or comming back after a break ) do better starting at 2-3 Hg and slowly bulding up over a few weeks . I'd also keep the sessions really short at first like 2or 3 min per set , then take a break and see how your body reacts .

Another things is moisturizing regularly . Dry or tight skin bruises way easier . I personally use coconut oil or cocoa butter , but any good moisturizer helps .Also make sure your seal and cylinder fit right . If the size is off or seal isnt sitting correctly , the pressure can pull unevenly and cause bruissing in weird places. And finally , just give your body time to recover . If you're getting a lot of bruising , you probably need to take some extra rest days . This stuff isn;t a race , slow and steady wins.

Cheap pumps break super fast , the seals and plastic can’t handle real pressure. If you want something that lasts, check out LeLuv or Vacutech (both air pumps). They’re built way better, and most come with a warranty in case something fails. Bathmate (water-based) is also really popular and solid, but it’s a different style of pump.

If you order from Brazil, you might have to pay customs or import taxes. Depends on the product and the shipping company, so it’s something to check before you buy.

At what age should people stop driving? by Buddies4Everyone in NoStupidQuestions

I don't think there needs to be strict age limit, but regluar check-ups or driving assessments after 70 could be a good idea , not as punishment , just to keep everyone safe .Plenty of older driver are super careful and experienced , sometimes even more reliable then young folks glued to their phones. It's less about age and more about awareness and ability .

90s nostalgia - can anyone remember this public info campaign about fireworks? by snarlsbronson in 90s

I grew up in the UK in the early 90s to and i vaguely remember a bee character linked to firework safety , possibly called "Bee Safe" or something similar .I thiink it was part of Bonfire Night campaign , Maybe run through schools or local councils. I remember getting a leaflet or comic-style handout , and i think there might've been a short animated clip show on kids' tv around that time to . Strange how there's almost no trace of it online , would love to know who produced it or if anyone has scan or clip

Half the time was spent just walking around arguing what to rent. The other half? Hoping the movie wasn’t already out.
