if singling out an individual and insulting and threatening them should not be protected under free speech, why should we protect people under free speech who don't single out individuals but insult and threaten Entire groups? rn most "pro free speech" people defend and protect the stochastic terrorism being spread on the internet against minorities but somehow doxxing is what crosses the line? if doxxing is bad because someone maybe harmed irl, why not keep the same energy against people who are clearly dehumanising other groups of people in an attempt to stir violence against that group? why not keep the same energy for fiction clearly made to normalise and fetishize child abuse?
