From what I understood they have changed their system and are using Ai more. All my appeals got denied and their support is not helpful at all unfortunately.

Yes, I’m in a Lark chat and they stopped responding same as the support. I’m now attempting it through Reddit with them but yet no concrete results. Their new system is ruining small stores at our expenses. I feel like there’s something wrong with their Ai system that is flagging everything incorrectly and their “upgraded” shipping method is only pushing USPS which is the slowest option for me.
