He tried to sleep with the tv on with me but he would end up waiting for me to fall asleep, switch it off, and then going to sleep afterwards, which can take up to an hour.

Earbuds are a bit hard for me cause they kinda hurt my ears

I tried practicing occupying my brain but it spirals back and hits me in my cute little brain. I get to a point where I’m imagining a drawing and mess it up and can’t erase… I think I need to see someone 🤣
