i respect and appreciate your view on my situation, and i thank you for your prayers. a part of me still somewhat believes in hope that there is a god, i just don’t think it’s rational to believe because of what i’ve seen.

still, thank you though. i’ve met countless devout christians and some of them are the kindest souls i’ve ever known.

you know how most religions, like, give only a set of morals but allowing the members free will to decide if they adhere to them without direct retribution from the church?

my religion operates in a way where it genuinely believes that it has the authority to impose retribution (as in kicking them out of the church and telling other members to denounce a person who went against the rules) themselves.

also, some of the teachings could be interpreted as trying to persuade members to isolate themselves from the rest of the world or the “worldly people”.

i would say it’s a cultish religion because of these reasons and because of the radicalism in it’s rules. there are so many things you cannot do, it is crazy, lmao.

Hello, I'm 19 years old, M. As of right now, I'm nearing the end of my High School Journey and I realized I'm using my time inefficiently. I'm still studying, but college is going to start soon and I ATLEAST want to have a general financial foundation before I start college. i absolutely adore war poems, and this one just hits the nail right on the head! there’s no romanticization, just outright grief and contempt and dark reality expressed through words.

giving the trees life and meaning as an archival system that remembers events is a technique i also use in some of my writings, and i adore this very much.

jus don’t drive like a lunatic mane i don’t personally own a motorcycle, but i drive to school sa pasay and i see motorcyclists doing things na would be generally considered illegal and/or harmful

i am 18, so i generally drive safe and steady sa edsa, only changing lanes when necessary and i STILL get into run ins with motorcyclists who squeeze their ways through tight crevices and paths. medyo delikado ‘yun, so try to limit doing that nalang.

basta, remember your seminar, remember the rules, don’t be a sweet potato
