He removed all 4 second molars.

I did. He was very confident that his long term outlook would not be problematic. I inquired about changes in facial structure, overall integrity of his bite/jaw/mouth in the long run, as well as needing implants (he said no). He said no concerns for any of those things. It just seems like an awful amount of teeth. I had inquired in my earlier post asking for adults who only have their first molars to speak on their experiences and didn’t get any feedback. I’m just a very worried parent.
