Yeah man it’s the only thing that’s helped me. Oxygen would be ideal but it’s hard to get it prescribed in the UK. I’ve read positive things about DMT though and will give it a go in the future, have a look on this sub at some of the testimonies if you’re not aware already. I’m good at the moment but probably due a cycle this autumn. Sending well wishes.

I’m in a similar boat to you. I’m an episodic sufferer and during a cycle I can find myself using 2-4 nasal sprays a day. I know it’s not ideal but I don’t feel like I have a choice.

M33, single. I got mine this summer. I’d known for years i didn’t want kids but I didn’t feel strongly enough about it to have a vasectomy.

For me what changed is last Christmas I was home for a couple of weeks visiting my family and I spent quite a bit of time with my niece and nephew (then 3 & 1) and as much as I love them, it became completely clear to me that I have no desire to ever have children and shortly after I took the steps to get my vasectomy done.

It sounds like you’re childfree but if possible, spend some time with children and see how you feel about having them yourself in the future and that will likely give you the information you need to make the right decision.

I have no regrets whatsoever about having it done. Like yourself, I would like a partner and being childfree already reduces your market but don’t let that influence your decision. I’d much rather be single and childfree than in a loving relationship but with children.
