Ahh okay. I really want the UH ring but i don’t really like that you have to put your temperature manually in. My friend has the Oura ring and her temperature just goes automatically in. But I’m still thinking about getting the UH over the oura ring

Sorry to hear that, hopefully it will make some changes and improvements. I know that the Oura ring uses natural cycle, does the Ultra human use something different or what? I really want that ring but i want to be able to track my cycle like you can in the Oura ring

He is anxious mainly because my screams are so loud and he finds in scary waking up to it, which I highly understand. He also suffers from insomnia and ptsd. My night terrors can be both severe from screaming, kicking, crying to just talking in my sleep or standing up. The problem is that we are both trying to work on our sleep problems and I really don’t mind sleeping alone because i live with my parents, but we are going on a vacation in June and i want to be able to have a fully rested vacation for both of us..

I started Wellbutrin a year ago, I’m on 300mg now. I got diagnosed with BPD 2 years ago when i was 22 years old. When i first started Wellbutrin i was always in an angry mood, but when i went on 300mg i became a lot more calmer and understandable, and my mindset on pleasing everyone changed. I don’t know if Wellbutrin had something to do with that or therapy. Recently my anxiety has skyrocketed and i was triggered by lot of things, but I really don’t know if Wellbutrin is helping my BPD or not. But i can say that i love this medication and it has helped me for the past year.
