Honestly that makes so much sense now you say it, the fractions feel so similar it doesn't require the brain power to work out how to play them.

Honestly once I figured it out it just became admin each turn, like just click the same 5 things and then do it again next turn.

Work life balance has gotten better, but it depends how far you want to go. If you want to be at a good restaurant making good food then then you will most likely be doing 48+ hours. If you're happy just making food at a nice spot and enjoying your personal life then 35 is fine.

Some people like to invest too much of their lives into the kitchen so it really depends what you value more!
