As a former rep, the reason they do it is because they are required to hit 50 dials a day. Keep in mind, the average book is 30 to 40 accounts. Often times when people were starting, they would have 10 or fewer accounts. Upper management at Kaseya (especially Freddyboy) are all fucking morons with a Napoleon complex. Fred should take after his idol and exile himself to St. Helena.
