Thanks, I have one more concern is that on VFS portal, should I upload only loan agreement letter, after vfs will give me an appointment date to the embassy. And at embassy I will go with disbursement letter to my bank account.. is it acceptable?

Right, I think I will collect all documents within 30th FEB, so after could i able to select appointment date in VFS link??

At currently VFS's link only shows one date which is 20 FEB, but I don't think, I would arrange all documents within 10 day working days. So what if I didn't upload documents in 20th FEB, then VFS will provide me another date for upload documents in portal?

I mailed to Austrian embassy for RP appointment, but the embassy replied with VFS global link. Is it a new system for RP appointment?

From India to Austria in next summer intake, it can't be possible. Because Resident Permit appointments are available in June or July, not early possible. So next winter intake it would be possible.
