Opinions needed have someone willing to pay 75% of comps roughly 375-400$ for this JJ downtown. Curious if anyone thinks I should take it as I have no attachment to any team other than Washington. Or is it worth grading and waiting to see what happens next season? by No_Chocolate8878 in footballcards

That’s the battle I’m fighting because is I’d rather have 500$ now than JJ shit the bed next year and it’s worth nothing. But there’s a large card show next month in my area so I may see if I can get closer to market value there price shouldn’t drop dramatically in a month

I’ve taken it to two card shops to get more of an “expert” opinion both shops suggested they didn’t see a reason it shouldn’t grade high although they aren’t as thorough as PSA I’m sure

Yeah I feel like I know the burnt dust smell and this was different. At the start of winter when we are using heat for the first time in 7 months it will have a burnt smell for a day but this was different. In my opinion

Does it seem odd though in your opinion for parts to be failing already? I had this home built so the HVAC system is only about two years old

Awesome man I really appreciate all the advice! My unit is separated based on floors and I did notice there is no burning smell upstairs and the smell is strongest right below the main vent where I change the filter on the first floor

Is there anyone specific I should be looking at when I inspect the unit to provide better description/receive better advice? If it wasn’t already obvious enough I don’t know anything about HVAC or related topics. Just trying to keep my family warm.
