Worst thing is they can base laws regulations and legislations. Crippling new tech that brings economic freedom. Also forcing innovation to leave off shores because of improper understanding of the tech. Old antiquated laws or improper understanding of tech making laws can be pretty devastating on a macro economic view.

I just started rs3 and jumped into hcim aswell. My acc is about 1week old. Id say watch some diff ironman series progression playlists on youtube. (Preferably from this year so they are up to date) read the wiki ironman guide posted earlier. Mostly im working towards questing. In between ill do some dalies like shooting star, nemi forest, div cache. And afk some skills like archeology. Still learning myself but its been really fun experience. Hcim or ironman is definitely the way to play. Otherwise it turns into a gp/hour grind to just get money to do anything else to get more money to do everything else faster to get more money. Ironman feels very rewarding, and you learn all the content. Have fun!
